ICT's overseas after-sales service will never stop. Engineers went to Egypt to provide after-sales service to customers in April at the request of Egyptian customers. The after-sales service was recognized by the customer. When the engineer Peter returned, there were some minor conditions. He was misdiagnosed as positive for the new coronavirus. He was quarantined for 30 days. Later, I was tested and found to be misdiagnosed.
Customers give praise to our service, every piece of equipment, for example. Hanwha pick and place machine, SMT Solder paste printing machine, reflow oven, PCB loader, PCB laser Marking machine etc., all mature in heart.
For overseas services, we will not stop, although the epidemic is serious. We will still be better.
