In the Era of Industry 4.0, How to Deal with SMT Processing Plants?
In the past few years, for friends engaged in the
SMT chip processing industry, Industry 4.0 can be described as hot, so what exactly is Industry 4.0? Industry 4.0 is not just a problem in the industrial field, nor is it only a problem in the field of life. Its involvement and coverage are too wide, so its boundaries are difficult to define. But what is certain is that it can rise to the world pattern.
Since Chinese Premier Li Keqiang visited Germany in October 2014 and published the "Sino-German Cooperation Action Plan", the concept of "Industry 4.0" has quickly become popular in my country. For a time, the strategic position of "Industry 4.0" and "Intelligent Manufacturing" has rapidly increased. It can be said that "Made in China 2025" is indeed affected by the German "Industry 4.0" to a certain extent, and the core ideas are also similar to "Industry 4.0". For example, one of the main directions emphasized by "Made in China 2025" is "intelligent manufacturing", which is also the core idea of "Industry 4.0"; In addition, the information physical system (CPS) mentioned in "Made in China 2025" as the basis of intelligent manufacturing, It is also the core concept emphasized by the German "Industry 4.0".
Coincidentally with "Industry 4.0", for the transformation and upgrading of domestic industries (such as SMT chip processing and PCBA processing industries), the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology began preparing for manufacturing in the next ten years as early as three or four years ago Industry development plan: "Made in China 2025". Today, this plan will draw on Germany's "Industry 4.0", learn German smart manufacturing, and draw a clear road map for my country's development as a modern industrial power.
"Industry 4.0" is a development concept. "Made in China 2025" has also weakened the five-year time limit of the previous plan. The planning period has been extended to 2025. More emphasis is placed on mid- and long-term planning, mainly focusing on areas where China's industry needs to be strengthened. Strengthen and strive to transform China from a big industrial country to a strong industrial country in 2025.
Previously, my country's manufacturing industry was not high in technological content and had always been at the low end of the international industrial value chain. Under the active promotion of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the deep integration of industrialization and informatization ("deep integration of the two") has laid a solid foundation for the networked and intelligent development of the manufacturing industry. There is no doubt that the new round of industrial revolution will accelerate the deep integration of the two technologies: the full embedding of information technology into the manufacturing industry will overturn the traditional production processes, production models and management methods; the depth of the manufacturing process and business management system Integration will achieve a highly flexible configuration of production factors and achieve mass customization. All of this will effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industries.
