Understanding of glue: red glue, also known as SMT agent, SMT red glue, it is a red paste evenly distributed hardener, pigment, solvent and other adhesives, mainly used to fix components on the printed board, generally dispensing or steel screen printing method to distribute. Attach the components and put them into oven or reflow welding machine to heat and harden. It is not the same as the so-called solder paste, once heated hardening, reheated will not dissolve, that is to say, the hot hardening process of the patch adhesive is irreversible. The application effect of SMT adhesive varies depending on the thermal curing conditions, connected materials, equipment used and operating environment. Use according to the production process to choose the patch adhesive.

Main ingredients: base material (i.e. high component material), filler, curing agent, other additives, etc.

Because red glue is affected by temperature with its viscosity, fluidity, wetting and other characteristics, so red glue must have certain use conditions and standard management.

 

1, red glue should have a specific flow number, according to the quantity, date, type to number.

2, red glue should be stored in the refrigerator of 2~8℃, to prevent temperature changes, affect the characteristics.

3. The temperature of red glue shall be returned to room temperature for 4 hours, and shall be used in first-in, first-out order.

4. For the dispensing operation, the red glue of the rubber hose should be defoamed. The unused red glue should be put back into the refrigerator for preservation, and the old glue and the new glue can not be mixed.

5, to accurately fill in the temperature return record table, temperature return person and temperature return time, the user needs to confirm the temperature return OK before use.

 

In general, red glue should not be used out of date. Store at room temperature for 7 days, at less than 5℃ for more than 6 months, at 5~25℃ for more than 30 days.
