This production line is specifically designed for high-precision semiconductor cutting, ensuring that each semiconductor mounted on a PCB is cut with utmost precision.

Key Features of the Production Line

• Automatic Board Loader: Automatically feeds PCB boards into the production line, enhancing efficiency.
• PCB Laser Routing Machine: Utilizes advanced laser technology to achieve cutting accuracy with an error tolerance of no more than 0.0025mm.
• Automatic Placement Machine: Places the cut PCB boards onto designated positions, achieving full automation.

Customer Requirements

• High Precision: Each batch of cut semiconductors must be inspected using a microscope magnified 250 times, with an error tolerance of no more than 0.0025mm.
• Process Capability Index (CPK): The CPK must exceed 1.33, ensuring consistent quality and reliability.
